Deliciously light coconut sponge filled with your choice of Lime or Pineapple buttercream

Soft caramel sponge layered with vanilla buttercream & our home-made salted caramel sauce

If regular buttercream isn’t your thing or you’d like something extra to tantalise those taste buds, we offer these additional fillings:
Chocolate ganache (milk, dark or white), Ermine buttercream, French buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream, pineapple chunks, cherry sauce, lemon curd, raspberry coulis, salted caramel
Optional Fillings
We use a range of all-natural flavourings to enhance our buttercream cake fillings but please note cupcake bouquets are only made with pure Madagascan vanilla extract
